The still pictures had already been taken only that this time Bar had to give her voice as well. We are happy to announce that the voice-over audio recordings went so smooth as if it seemed that Bar is a professional announcer ! Yonit Levi….. After having completed the post production we thought about having a little vacation in Thailand but then we received TransPerfect's request for preparing voice over to a continuing education program in the matter of safety at work. The voice over was performed by Mr. Udi Kimkhy and in one word: Wonderful !   29.01.10 Music for the theatre :: This week we have completed the recording sessions for the play "The Wolf Shall Dwell With The Lamb", directed by Gilad Kimchy ("Grease", "Broadway - Frishman Corner", "A Midsummer Night's Dream", "Children's Game" and more). The play was written by Hamotal Ben Zeev (a poet and a song writer. Among her works: "Latet" Boaz Sharaabi, "Oleh Oleh" Izhar Cohen, "Known from before" DinDin Aviv. She also got the reward for life work 2008). Music: Dori Ben Zeev. Scoring: Hagai Davidoff. The actors were recorded with the ISA 430 Focusrite preamp (Blue series !) combined  with the Classic II Rode tube condencer.   12.01.10 Musical Production for radio DJ - Very soon we shall be releasing a new radio DJ of a talented singer/song writer, Uriel Levi. Uriel has a delicate voice that can demonstrate roughness within the rock ballads he writes and composes so well. Our musical production consists of LIVE playing on the acoustic drum set, violins, violas, bass, electric guitar, acoustic guitar and a slight of synths programming. Soon will be heard in the radio stations - don't say we haven't told you :))   03.12.09 Original Music composed and musically produced for the new IVR system of ILmakiage, the school for make-up studing and the national wide-spread make-up department stores. The systme includes 10 different menues and more than 50 extensions assimilated for all of the stores spread in all over Israel (Haifa, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Modiin, Rehovot, Beer Sheva, Hadera, Netanya, Herzlia, Raanana, Kfar Saba, Bnei Brak, Rishon Lezion, Holon, Givataim, Bat-Yam, Ashdod, Ashkeon, Eilat).        15.11.09 Piano & synths (Vst & pure analogue) session for Alon Ben Ziv's Album. Alon, young singer-song writer arrived with some pre-recorded tracks of Bass, Drums and Guitars but also brought his Juno 60 (yes the original one ! made by the Roland family at the beginning of the 80's). The recorded tracks included also some of the newest vst instruments currently available in the market. Good luck !   04.10.09 T.v Scoring, Music for commercials, Internet Music :: East West campaign ::   Lately we have musically produced an original sound track which was especially composed to resemble Chinese music. The Chinese theme shall be assimilated within East West (which operates in Haifa, Jerusalem & Tel Aviv and known for her excellent products under the brand name of "TASTE OF ASIA") DVD but also in the company website as well. Bon appetit :)     24.08.09 Music for commercials :: Commercial music :: Music for jingles :: Internet music :: Music for sites :: T.v composer :: T.v scoring :: Multimedia music :: The Winwin Campaign         These days a combined campaign (national T.v, Radio and internet) for the Winwin website being operated by Ynet (Yediot Acharonot) is being broadcasted all over Israel. The musical idea behind the campaign was to emphasize the “Win” and the “Win” with accordance to the “Blue Danube” tune by Strauss. Despite the familiar tune, a whole new arrangement was made with the best VST instruments within the market today and with a special ingredient which we won’t turn in right now J  All of this enabled a faster performance of the classic tune which helped to present it within a modern commercial taking only 15 seconds of broadcast.     Credits: Original new arrangement, musical production and singers guiding: Yoav Asif Recordings: Yoya Music Mastering and Voice Over: JCS Singers: Pazit Nuni, Sivan Yihye, Oz Betesh, Ori Toledano.                 18.08.09 Avi Toledano’s Big Show ::  These days we are mixing this stunning show which consists of more than 40 players of the Ashdod symphonic orchestra, keyboard player, guitarist, drummer, bass player and a team of 3 background singers. All of this is being done as part of the DVD making to this wonderful show.     Whilst mixing, there was intensive usage of our best digital and analogue hardware gear, such as: compressors, equalizers and preamps but we also used the very best plug-in softwares which enabled us to make the slightest cuts (surgeon razor). Above all our 32 channel tube summing unit hand-crafted and originally designed per our strict specifications was the real star within the mixing procedure, giving us endless headroom and silky flavor that helped to present a professional clear outcome but yet a smooth, sweet and a pleasant one.   Yoya Music participating the improvisation festival (August) at the synapse center in Kibutz Kiryat Anavim. This is the second year in which the festival takes place in Kiryat Anavim, a beautiful charming green place filled with nature and clean air. The festival area was divided onto two main sections in which improvisation courses were being undergoing in music, movement, voice – all with the guidance of teachers from Israel and abroad. For the first time ever the song "Shir Clulot" (Musical Producer: Yoya) was performed astonishingly by Izhar. In addition, several other songs taken from Izhar's repertoire were performed by Izhar & Orna Datz that with no preparations fit together with the songs and gave thrilling performance. Last week all the movies were handed over to the contest's judges. Among the project sponsers this year:        Each second counts when it comes to 48 hours given to film making which includes the screenplay writing, rehearsals, the customs & set design, shooting, editing and film scoring, I.E: Composing music for film.    This year Yoav (yoya) Asif  took part in the project [film scoring] together with bunch of talented good friends. It was a real pleasure to create with you and to sniff you all for complete two days !   08.06.09 Musical Production ::Izhar Cohen :: Shir Clulot :: New Performance & Arrangement  Yediot Acharonot newspaper published an article about Izhar Cohen's comeback with the fresh new arrangement and musical production made for the well-known song "Shir Clulot". The single is currently under distribution to all of Israel's radio stations and D.Js. Within the article you will find the meeting story of Izhar & Yoav Asif (The musical producer which prepared the new arrangement) and the recordings that held place in Yoya Music, Recording Studio after a nine years period of time in which Izhar did not record.     For listening, please press here   03.06.09 Composer :: New tune from Yoya Music with the cooperation of Yoav Asif & Eran Levi. The two composed beautiful lyrics written by Meir Goldberg (which wrote to some of Israel finest artists, such as: Korin Elal, Rami Kleinstein, Gali Atari, Nurit Galron & Sharon Haziz). The song will be combined in the album of one of the most appreciated singers in Israel.   23.05.09 Musical Producer :: Soon: A new musical production for a song written by Yossi Gamzo and composed by Rafi Ben Moshe (both known for their hits during the seventies). The show is based on free improvisation where the audience takes on an active role by helping to develop the show. The musical arrangement is binded to the rule of improvisation as well!
